Kollectivist Kalifornicators on verge of banning lead bullets for hunting.

This is more about collectivism than it is about condors.

Just makes things a tad more expensive, but not a big deal as the electronics industry has already dealt with most materials science issues of lead free solders.

And of course, people have been experimenting for a while already on the bullet issue.

Well! Now, with THAT problem out of the way, maybe now we can use SILVER boolits to shot the REAL vultures and condors - the POLITICIANS!

On another note. The EnviroNazis are concerned that lead is making its way into the country's edible meat supply? Really? Out of the total people population, just WHAT percentage eat wild meat? On a consistent basis? Or, to turn that around (again), are hunters (and Other PETA-condemned Evil Slaughterers), using lead boolits, shooting the cows, pigs and chickens that we all love to grill and enjoy consuming?

Ohs Nos!!!! We's all gonna die!!!
That will be, eventually, but when it happens, I want to go out with a BBQ slathered pork rib in my hands and a big greasy smile on my face.

Carrion munchers, either way.

Perhaps all the soon to be banned lead projectiles need to be sent (quickly!) to The California state capitol?

As with most collectivists this is just the first stop on a long road they are building. First, ban lead ammo for hunting, then ban lead ammo period because it is still "sneaking" into the hunting field. In the end you are left with ONLY copper ammo for ALL shooting, which would be cost prohibitive for most people. This is simply another attempt to make shooting too expensive for a lot of people thus furthering their anti-gun agenda.

However one thing of note, if Kalifornia does ban lead ammo entirely it will be ripe for some good old fashioned smuggling from states that have a bit more common sense and don't ban lead ammo.

American trends often begin in California. I just wonder if putting down politicians with lead will be one of those.
